Heather Davidson
Breathe & Body Specialist
Over the past several years, research has continued to demonstrate the impact of pain, stress, and trauma on the human nervous system and physiology. With our growing knowledge in this area, the need for well-informed, body-based healing practices has continued to increase! Heather’s background, experience, and passion align perfectly with this growing need. Heather received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and has extensive experience in the wellness industry, leading a variety of group fitness classes including cardio, barre, and Pilates. Heather’s personal wellness journey has led her to an increased awareness of human physiology, embodiment, and the power of breath work. This journey has since become the catalyst in her desire to help others explore their ability to reconnect with their bodies and increase both physical and mental resilience.
Heather utilizes several breath work and body awareness practices, such as Brainspotting, to help those who are feeling disconnected from their bodies, are experiencing chronic pain, are recovering from the physiological impacts of trauma, or who are struggling to connect with traditional forms of therapy. Utilizing movement and breath, Heather’s clients learn to listen to the subtle cues and emotions that are stored within their bodies, moving towards integration and holistic healing. Heather holds space for her clients to get messy, find beauty within stillness, and honor permission for them to explore the wisdom that lies within their bodies—no matter how heavy, no matter how light.
