Michael Turner

Director of Development & Integration

Michael holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The German Jordanian University in Amman, Jordan. Michael started his career with 4 years in the non-profit space, doing international aid work in the Middle East, before entering the CPG/Retail space. He has spent the last 8 years at Harvest Group, where he led multiple teams, totaling over 50 people, supporting brands across multiple disciplines of eCommerce, at some of the world's largest retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Skilled in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution, Michael has had the opportunity to work with both Fortune 500 brands and scrappy insurgents, giving him a wide array of perspective on how to help an organization achieve its goals.

With firsthand experience of the impact of trauma on mental health, and a passion to see healing and restoration in his community, Michael is eager to apply his for-profit experience to support Gap Relief's mission. With a focus on strategic collaboration and innovative solutions, he is committed to maximizing the organization's impact - helping the helpers in Northwest Arkansas and around the world.
