Sarah Daniels, MS, LAC
Counselor
Sarah is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a Masters of Science in Counseling. Sarah’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed, and uses a variety of practices from attachment, experiential, and body-based modalities. Sarah has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sandtray, Eating Disorders, Grief, and Experiential Therapy. Sarah is also currently in the process of getting her specialization in Eating Disorders (CEDS).
Sarah primarily works with teens and adults in individual, family, and intensive settings. She is passionate about working with those impacted by trauma, grief, relational difficulties, eating disorders and other body related work. Sarah also loves speaking, training, mentoring others, and building bridges for both clients and providers alike to access resources.
Sarah believes that connection is a key factor to healing and works to build safe and secure bonds with those she works with. She desires to provide a space where curiosity and freedom can bloom.
