Elizabeth approaches relationships with an attachment-focused and trauma-informed lens. She has a heart for building relationships with those who have walked through hard places, and desires to be a place where ALL can be seen, heard, and valued! Elizabeth works with a wide variety of individuals and organizations, but she has a specific background working with educators and parents/families as they walk through hard places-especially families raising children who joined them through foster care, adoption, fictive-kin care or guardianship.
Elizabeth currently offers a variety of services to her clients. She currently provides one-on-one and group consultation and coaching sessions for parents, families, educators, and other professionals in the realms of trauma-and attachment informed care. In addition, Elizabeth is also passionate about providing targeted, practical training and support to various community organizations as they seek to support the children and families of our community. Elizabeth provides support and training to organizations such as (but not limited to): schools and educational organizations, non-profit organizations, and child-care entities.
Elizabeth is also a NeurOptimal Neurofeedback provider, and is passionate about creating a safe environment where neurological systems can rest, heal, and receive the resources they need. When in places of stress or overwhelm, our brain can get “stuck”--often resulting in symptoms such as anxiety, inattentiveness, rigidity, and overwhelm. NeurOptimal Neurofeedback is like training for your brain in these places of stress–working with your central nervous system to foster cognitive, emotional, and psychological resiliency and regulation.
